I've been a Mac user due to the fact 1995, and that is probably my umpteenth Mac pc. My previous MacBook Pro (Core Duo 1.83 ghz) was sold used at two years of age. I just retired it in prefer of this one. That computer was unstoppable, dependable, sturdy, and dependable. The handiest concerns I had had been with the battery - but with LiIon batteries - if you get greater than a year out of one - you might be lucky. (I use mine on the road heavily)

Now, on to this pc. The setup is identical because it has been because 2006, albeit with some replaces - a firewire 800 port, quicker CPU, extra video reminiscence, and so forth. It is much quicker than my previous computer and works great. Highly really helpful.
